FEELS LIKE HOME RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement is made between FEELS LIKE HOME BABY, PO BOX 10296, Truckee,

CA 96162 and _________________________________________________ “Renters”, whose home

address is ______________________________________________________ and whose home

telephone is __________________, and whose local or cell telephone is ____________________,

for those items checked on the attached list (“Item List”), at the daily rental prices listed for

each item, plus the delivery fee stated on the Item List, on the following terms and conditions:

The items will be used at this location: ____________________________________

________________________________________________________ and incidental travel

to and from this location during the below dates, and Renters shall not remove the items from

this location without the prior written consent of FEELS LIKE HOME BABY.

The items will be used by Renters for these dates (“the Rental Period”): From

(start /delivery date) _________________ through (end / pick up date) _________________.

The items will be used by ___ number of children, ages ______________________.

Renters shall be responsible to select items that are appropriate for the ages, sizes, and

weight and needs of their children.

FEELS LIKE HOME BABY shall deliver the rental items to Renters at the location above and

pick up those items from Renters at the additional cost listed on the attached Item List.

If Renters cancel their order within 24 hrs. prior to the start date, then a Order

Deposit of 25 % will be forfeited and not refunded to Renters, unless Renters at the time they

cancel reschedule with a future start date that is within 365 days of the original start date. 2

Prices are subject to change and FEELS LIKE HOME BABY will notify Renters of any price change

that occurs between cancellation and the future start date.

Renters agree to contact FEELS LIKE HOME BABY immediately at the telephone numbers

listed herein upon any loss of or damage to any of the rented items, and shall reimburse FEELS

LIKE HOME BABY upon demand for the reasonable value of any lost or damaged items in excess of

the security deposit. FEELS LIKE HOME BABY will not charge Renters for ordinary or normal wear

and tear of the items.

Renters have inspected the items and found them to be in clean, safe, and good working

order and condition, and agrees to return them in the same condition. Renters understand that

all items have some risks in their use, assembly, installation or possession, and Renters accept

the goods with those assumed risks. Renters agree to use, assemble, install and operate the

items properly and only for the purposes for which they were intended, to ensure the safety

and health of the users, and to supervise their children at all times when the items are in use or

possession. Renters shall be responsible for the proper and secure installation of all car seats,

booster seats, toddler seats and other child restraining devices used in motor vehicles.

Renters waive and release FEELS LIKE HOME BABY, and its owners, agents and

representatives, from any and all rights to claim any loss of property or injury to persons of any

kind or nature from the use or possession of the items.
